This order may be cited as the European Parliament Constituencies Committee (Establishment) Order 2013. 2. A committee is hereby established to perform the function assigned to it by section 5 (1A) of the Electoral Act 1997 (No. 25 of 1997) inserted by section 23 of the Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013 (No. 27 of 2013).
