The Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 21 of the Finance (No. 2) Act 1992 (No. 28 of 1992) (as adapted by the Environment, Heritage and Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 193 of 2011 )), hereby makes the following Regulations— 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2013.
(2)These Regulations and the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 1992 to 2012 shall be construed as one and may be cited together as the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations, 1992 to 2013.
(3)In these Regulations, “trade licence” means a licence issued under section 21 of the Finance (No. 2) Act 1992 .
- These Regulations shall apply to trade licences issued for 2014 and subsequent years.
- The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1992 ( S.I. No. 409 of 1992 ) are hereby amended—
