No. 842 of 2005 ) (as adapted by the Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 141 of 2011 )), and having complied with subsection

  2. c)of that section 87A, hereby order as follows: Citation. 1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act 1996 (Section 87A) (Appointment of Transfer Day in respect of Bantry Bay Harbour) Order 2013. Appointment of transfer day in respect of Bantry Bay Harbour. 2. The 1st day of January 2014 is appointed as the transfer day for the purposes of section 87A (inserted by section 18 of the Harbours (Amendment) Act 2009 (No.26 of 2009)) of the Harbours Act 1996 (No.11 of 1996) in respect of Bantry Bay Harbour.
