(3)of An Bord Bia Act 1994 (No. 22 of 1994), (as adapted by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 455 of 2011 )), hereby make the following Order, with respect to which, pursuant to section 37
(4)of the said Act, a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving the draft has been passed by each House:
  1. This Order may be cited as the An Bord Bia Act 1994 (Levy on Slaughtered or Exported Livestock) Order 2013 and comes into operation on 1st May
  3. The rate of levy set out in section 37
(2)(c) of An Bord Bia Act 1994 (as amended by the An Bord Bia Act 1994 (Levy on Slaughtered or Exported Livestock) Order 1996 ( S.I. No. 90 of 1996 ) and the Euro Changeover (Amounts) Act 2001 (No. 16 of 2001)) is amended by substituting “35c” for “25c”.
  1. The An Bord Bia Act 1994 (Levy on Slaughtered or Exported Livestock) Order 1996 ( S.I. No. 90 of 1996 ) is revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 26 March
