(5)of the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010 (No. 36 of 2010), hereby make the following order: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the General Government Secured Borrowings Order 2014.
(2)This order comes into operation on 14 March 2014. 2. The bodies listed in the schedule are prescribed for the purposes of Section 67 of the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010 (No. 36 of 2010). 3.
