(3)of the County Enterprise Boards (Dissolution) Act 2014 (No. 4 of 2014) and after consultation with the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, hereby order as follows: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the County Enterprise Boards (Dissolution) Act 2014 (Section 2) (No. 3) Order 2014.
(2)This Order shall come into operation on 9 April
- It is hereby declared that, for the purposes of the County Enterprise Boards (Dissolution) Act 2014 (No. 4 of 2014), the administrative area of Limerick County Council forms part of the functional area of Limerick City Council. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 8 April
