- a)of the State Airports (Shannon Group) Act 2014 (No. 27 of 2014), after consultation with the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the State Airports (Shannon Group) Act 2014 (Shannon Airport Transfer Day) Order 2014. 2. The day appointed as the day when ownership of all shares held— (
- a)by the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, and (
- b)in trust by persons for the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in the share capital of Shannon Airport Authority, public limited company stand vested in Shannon Group is 5 September 2014. EXPLANATORY NOTE (This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation) This Order fixes the 5th day of September 2014 as the day — the Shannon Airport transfer day — on which all shares held by, or on behalf of, the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform in Shannon Airport Authority plc stand vested in Shannon Group plc as provided for under section 28
(1)(a) of the State Airports (Shannon Group) Act 2014 .
