I, JAN O’SULLIVAN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 28
(2)of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011) and following consultation with the Data Protection Commissioner, hereby make the following regulations:
- These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support Act 2011 (Prescribed Persons) Regulations
- The following persons stand prescribed for the purposes of section 28
(1)of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011): (
- a)the Central Applications Office (Universities and Other Education Institutions); (
- b)the Child and Family Agency; (
- c)Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora. 3. The Student Support (Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations 2013 ( S.I. No. 157 of 2013 ) are revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 21 April 2015.
