I, FRANCES FITZGERALD, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 5 , 6 and 10 of the Criminal Justice (Withholding Of Information on Offences against Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012 (No. 24 of 2012) hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Withholding of Information on Offences against Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012 (Prescribed Organisations and Prescribed Persons) Order 2015. 2. This Order shall come into operation on 30 April 2015. 3. In this Order “Act of 2012” means the Criminal Justice (Withholding of Information on Offences against Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012 (No. 24 of 2012). 4. Southwest Counselling Centre Limited is prescribed for the purposes of section 4 of the Act of 2012. 5. The class of persons specified in the Schedule employed or otherwise engaged by Southwest Counselling Centre Limited is prescribed for the purposes of section 4 of the Act of 2012.
