(1)of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows:
  1. This Order may be cited as the Construction Contracts (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order
  3. In this Order the “2014 Order” means the Construction Contracts (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2014 ( S.I. No. 476 of 2014 ).
  4. Article 2
(1)of the 2014 Order is amended by substituting “Article 3” for “Article 4”.
  1. Article 6 of the 2014 Order is amended by substituting “Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation” for “Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform”. GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government 28 April
