I, BRENDAN HOWLIN, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4
(2)of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001) and the Finance (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 418 of 2011 ), hereby make the following regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation Act 2001 (Appeal to Tribunal) (Fees) Regulations 2015.
(2)These Regulations come into operation on 20 July
- In these Regulations “Act of 2001” means Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001).
- There shall be charged by the Tribunal in respect of an appeal under section 34 (as amended by section 18 of the Valuation Act 2015) of the Act of 2001- (a) where the property concerned is on an existing valuation list, the fee set out in column
(3)opposite the value of the property referred to in column
(2)at a reference number in column
(1), of Part 1 of the Schedule, or (b) where the property concerned is on a valuation list, the fee set out in column
(3)opposite the value of the property referred to in column
(2)at a reference number in column
(1), of Part 2 of the Schedule. 4. The following are revoked: (
- a)the Valuation Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2002 ( S.I. No. 312 of 2002 ); (
- b)the Valuation Tribunal (Revaluation Appeals) (Fees) Regulations 2008 ( S.I. No. 18 of 2008 ). SCHEDULE Regulation 3 Fees for appeals to Tribunal Part 1 Reference Number
