(2)of the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (No. 2 of 2015) and being satisfied as to the matters specified in the said subsection

(2), hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (Section 149

(2)) (Relevant Jurisdictions) Regulations

2. Each of the places specified in the Schedule is prescribed as a relevant jurisdiction for the purposes of section 149

(1)of the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (No. 2 of 2015). Schedule

1. British Virgin Islands.

(2)of the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 . Designation as a relevant jurisdiction permits an ICAV to migrate to that jurisdiction without the need to wind-up in accordance with the relevant legal provisions for the winding-up of an ICAV in other circumstances.
