I, ALAN KELLY, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 4 and 115 of the Local Government Act 2001 (No. 37 of 2001) (as adapted by the Environment, Heritage and Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 (S.I. No. 193/2011)), with the consent of the Minister for Health and the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Prescribed Bodies) Regulations 2015. 2. The Dental Council, the Lough Corrib Navigation Trustees and the Association of Irish Local Government are prescribed, under section 115
(2)(a) of the Local Government Act 2001 , as bodies that shall be audited by a local government auditor in accordance with the provisions of that Act. The Minister for Health consents to the foregoing Regulations. GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health, 29 July
