I, Alan Kelly, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 4 and 125 of the Local Government Act 2001 (No. 37 of 2001) (as adapted by the Environment, Heritage and Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 (S.I. No. 193/2011)), hereby make the following regulations: 1. The Principal Regulations and these Regulations may be cited together as the Local Government (Audit Fees) Regulations 2015. 2. The Principal Regulations are amended by substituting for the Schedule to it the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. EXPLANATORY NOTE (This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation) The purpose of these Regulations is to prescribe the audit fees to be paid by the Dental Council, the Lough Corrib Navigation Trustees and the Association of Irish Local Government, in respect of the audit of their accounts by the Local Government Audit Service by amending the Schedule to the Local Government (Audit Fees) Regulations 2015 ( S.I. No. 109 of 2015 ).
