I, SIMON COVENEY, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) for the purpose of giving effect to Regulation (EC) No 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 January 20081 as amended by Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 20082 , Commission Regulation (EU) No 164/2012 of 24 February 20123 , Commission Regulation (EU) No 1065/2013 of 30 October 20134 , Commission Regulation (EU) No 97/2014 of 3 February 20145 , Commission Regulation (EU) No 98/2014 of 3 February 20146 , Commission Regulation (EU) No 426/2014 of 25 April 20147 and Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/210 of 10 February 20158 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 716/2013 of 25 July 20139 as amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1239/2014 of 19 November 201410 , hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Spirits Drinks)(Amendment) Regulations 2015. 2. The European Communities (Spirits Drinks) Regulations 2015 ( S.I. No. 316 of 2015 ) are amended in Regulation 1 by substituting for paragraph
(2)the following- “
