I, SIMON COVENEY, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12 of the Land Commission (Dissolution) Act 1992 (No. 25 of 1992) (as adapted by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 455 of 2011 )), hereby make the following regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Land Commission (Dissolution) Act Regulations 2015.
(2)These Regulations come into force on 1 January
- All financial accounts held by the Minister in respect of the Commission are closed.
- All credits in accounts closed under Regulation 2 shall transfer to the Minister and shall be accounted for by the Minister in the Departmental accounts required under section 22 of the Exchequer and Audit Departments Act 1866 (1866, (29 & 30 Vic) c. 39).
- All liabilities to accounts closed under Regulation 2 shall transfer to the Minister and shall be accounted for by the Minister in the Departmental accounts required under section 22 of the Exchequer and Audit Departments Act 1866 . GIVEN under my Official Seal 17 December
