The National Transport Authority, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 48 of the Taxi Regulation Act 2013 (No. 37 of 2013), hereby makes the following regulation: 1. This Regulation may be cited as the Taxi Regulation (Small Public Service Vehicle) Regulation 2016. 2. The Taxi Regulation (Small Public Service Vehicle) Regulations 2015 are amended by substituting, in the second column of the fourth row of the table in Schedule 8, “Section 25
(9)in so far as it relates to section 25
(4)of the Principal Act” for “Section 25
(9)in so far as it relates to section 25
