(3)of the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 60 of 2015), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order
- The 29th day of January 2016 is appointed as the day on which the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 60 of 2015), other than sections 3, 4, 5, 13 and 14, shall come into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 25 January
