The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2

(1)of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 4) Order 2016. 2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Health conferred on him— (
  1. a)by or under the enactments specified in Part 1 of the Schedule, and (
  2. b)under the regulations specified in Part 2 of the Schedule, are delegated to Marcella Corcoran Kennedy, Minister of State at the Department of Health.
