(4), (a),(b), (

  2. d)of the Dublin Docklands Development Authority (Dissolution) Act 2015 (No. 55 of 2015), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Docklands Development Authority (Dissolution) Act, 2015 (Docklands Oversight and Consultative Forum — Prescribed Bodies) Order 2016. 2. The prescribed organisations for the purposes of section 39
(4)(
  1. a)of the Act, (Community Organisations), shall be; (
  2. a)H.O.P.E Hands Peer Education (
  3. b)North Port Dwellers Association (
  4. c)Co-operative Housing Ireland (Society) Ltd (
  5. d)Grand Canal Dock Residents Association (
  6. e)Ringsend Community Services Forum (
  7. f)St. Andrews Resource Centre (
  8. g)North Wall Community Association 3. The prescribed organisations for the purposes of section 39
(4)(
  1. b)of the Act, (Business Organisations), shall be; (
  2. a)Docklands SME & Start-up Partnership (

  6. e)Dublin Docklands Culture Forum 4. The prescribed organisation for the purposes of section 39
(4)(
  1. c)of the Act, (Educational Organisations) shall be; (
  2. a)National College of Ireland 5. The prescribed organisations for the purposes of section 39

  2. a)Dublin Port Company (
  3. b)National Asset Management Agency (

  7. f)All Government Departments. 6. Each of the organisations prescribed for the purposes of any paragraph of section 39
(4)of the Act shall, when informing the Minister of the names of candidates selected for appointment as members of the Docklands Oversight and Consultative Forum in response to a request in that regard under section 39
(4)of the Act, send to the Minister a curriculum vitae and the reasons why, in the opinion of the organisation concerned, they are suitable for appointment. Organisations shall also submit, in respect of each candidate, a written consent of each candidate, to the selection of that candidate in accordance with the request.
