I, FRANCES FITZGERALD, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 30 of the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (No. 2 of 2011) (as adapted by the Justice and Law Reform (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 138 of 2011 ) and the Enterprise, Trade and Innovation (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 245 of 2011 )) and having consulted with the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, hereby make the following regulations: 1.

(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (Prescribed Form and Fee) Regulations 2016,
(2)These Regulations come into operation on 30 November
  2. In these Regulations “Act” means Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 (No. 2 of 2011).
  3. The form specified in the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of section 30
(1)of the Act. 4. The amount of €300 is prescribed as the fee payable for the purposes of section 30
(2)of the Act.
