(1)of the International Protection Act 2015 (No. 66 of 2015), hereby make the following regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the International Protection Act 2015 (Places of Detention) Regulations 2016.
(2)These Regulations come into operation on 31 December
- Each place specified in Parts 1 and 2 of the Schedule is a place prescribed for the purposes of section 20 of the International Protection Act 2015 (No. 66 of 2015).
