  2. I, KATHERINE ZAPPONE, Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 32
(5)of the Children (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 30 of 2015), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Children (Amendment) Act 2015 (Section 32
(5)) Order
  2. This Order shall come into operation on 31 March
  4. In this Order— “children detention school” means the children detention school formed by the Children Act 2001 (Amalgamation of Children Detention Schools) Order 2016 ( S.I. No. 273 of 2016 ) and known as Oberstown Children Detention Campus; “remand centre” means the children detention school designated as a remand centre by the Children Act 2001 (Designation of Remand Centre) Order 2016 ( S.I. No. 274 of 2016 ).
  5. The children detention school and the remand centre are specified for the purposes of section 32 of the Children (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 30 of 2015). GIVEN under my Official Seal, 28 March
