- This Order may be cited as the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order
- The 27th day of March 2017 is appointed as the day on which Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 (other than sections 46, 47, 51(b) and 52) of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act 2017 (No. 2 of 2017) shall come into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 23 March
