(4)of the Residential Tenancies (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 42 of 2015) (as adapted by the Environment, Community and Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2016 ( S.I. No. 394 of 2016 )), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Residential Tenancies (Amendment) Act 2015 (Section 17(c)) (Commencement) Order 2017. 2. The 20th day of April 2017 is appointed as the day on which paragraph (
- c)of section 17 of the Residential Tenancies (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 42 of 2015) comes into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 13 April 2017.
