(3)of the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 45 of 2015), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order
- The 1st day of September 2017 is appointed as the day on which sections 2 , 3 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 and 16 of the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 45 of 2015) are commenced. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 29 June
