“Iris Oifigiúil” of 14th July, 2017. I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Education and Skills,

exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 54 of the Education Act 1998 (No. 51 of 1998) and having complied with subsection

(7)of the said section 54 , hereby make the following order with respect to which, pursuant to subsection
(8)of the said section 54 , a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving of the draft has been passed by each such House:
  1. This Order may be cited as the Educational Research Centre (Establishment) (Amendment) Order
  3. The Educational Research Centre (Establishment) Order 2015 ( S.I. No. 392 of 2015 ) is amended as follows: (a)

Article 46

, by the substitution of— (i)“the 1st day of October 2015” for “the establishment day specified

Article 4

”, and (ii) “2016” for “2014”; (b)

Article 48

, by the substitution of “Article 45” for “Article 43”; (c)

Article 49, by the substitution of “Article 45” for “Article 43”.
