(2)of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011) and the Education and Skills (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2017 ( S.I. No. 334 of 2017 ) and following consultation with the Data Protection Commissioner, hereby make the following regulations:
- These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support Act 2011 (Prescribed Persons) Regulations
- The following persons stand prescribed for the purposes of section 28
(1)of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011): (
- a)an education and training board; (
