I, SHANE ROSS, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 4 , 5 , 9 , 28 and 38 of the Road Safety Authority (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness) Act 2012 (No. 16 of 2012) and for the purpose of giving effect to Directive 2014/45/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 April 20141 hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness (Vehicle Testing) (Amendment) (Revocation) Regulations 2017. 2. The Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness (Vehicle Testing) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 ( S.I. No. 413 of 2017 ) are revoked. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 23 November 2017.
