I, HEATHER HUMPHREYS, Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving further effect to Commission Directives No. 2015/2115/EU of 23 November 20151 , No. 2015/2116/EU of 23 November 20152 and No. 2015/2117/EU of 23 November 20153 , hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Safety of Toys) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2017. 2. The European Union (Safety of Toys) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 ( S.I. No. 176 of 2017 ) are amended by substituting for Regulation 2 (
