An Post, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 23 of the Post Office Act, 1908 and Section 70 of the Postal and Telecommunications Services Act 1983 , hereby makes the following Scheme: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Postal Money Order (No. 3) Regulations 2018. 2. In these Regulations unless the context otherwise requires: “The No. 2 Regulations” means the Postal Money Order (No. 2) Regulations, 2003 ( S.I. No. 29 of 2003 ). 3. Schedule One of the No. 2 Regulations is hereby repealed and replaced with Schedule One of these Regulations. 4. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 4th day of April 2018. SCHEDULE ONE Charges Value of Postal Money Order € Up to 15.00c 15.01c to 30.00c 30.01c to 130.00c 130.01c to 650.00c In respect of supplementary services For correcting or altering the name of the Remitter or Payee or office of Payment For stopping payment For the issue of a duplicate Postal Money Order (Including stopping payment of the original order). The renewal or repayment of a lost or void Postal Money Order (including stopping Payment of the original Order) For the confirmation of payment of a Postal Money Order Charge € 1.00c 2.50c 3.50c 4.50c € 2.50c 2.50c 2.50c 2.50c 1.25c GIVEN under the Common Seal of An Post this 27 March 2018.
