I, JOSEPHA MADIGAN, Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16
(3)of the National Cultural Institutions Act 1997 (No. 11 of 1997) and the Arts and Culture (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2002 ( S.I. No. 302 of 2002 ) (as adapted by the Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2017 ( S.I. No. 350 of 2017 )), with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform (pursuant to the Finance (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 418 of 2011 )) and after consultation with the Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland, hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the National Cultural Institutions Act 1997 (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2018. 2. The First Schedule to the National Cultural Institutions Act 1997 (No. 11 of 1997) is amended in column
(2), opposite the mention of the Board of the National Library of Ireland in column
(1), by the insertion of the following premises: “That part of the premises known as the Bank of Ireland Cultural and Heritage Centre at 2 College Green, Dublin.”.
