(2)of the Gaeltacht Act 2012 (No. 34 of 2012) (as adapted by the Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2017 ( S.I. No. 350 of 2017 )) and the Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2018 ( S.I. No. 449 of 2018 ), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Gaeltacht Act 2012 (Designation of Gaeltacht Language Planning Areas) (No. 6) Order
- The area specified in the Schedule is designated to be a Gaeltacht Language Planning Area for the purposes of section 7
