(5)of section 41A of the Industrial Relations Act 1946 (No. 26 of 1946) as amended and being satisfied that subsection
(3)of section 41A has been complied with and considering it appropriate to do so: NOW, I, Pat Breen, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection
(6)of section 41A of the Industrial Relations Act 1946 (No. 26 of 1946) as amended and delegated to me under SI No 569 of 2017 Business, Enterprise and Innovation (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2017 hereby order as follows:
  1. This Order may be cited as the Catering Joint Labour Committee and Catering Joint Labour Committee (County Borough of Dublin and the Borough of Dun Laoghaire) (Abolition) Order
  3. The Catering Joint Labour Committee and Catering Joint Labour Committee (County Borough of Dublin and the Borough of Dun Laoghaire) are abolished.
  4. The Catering Joint Labour Committee Establishment Order, 1977 (S.I. 225 of 1977) and Catering Joint Labour Committee (County Borough of Dublin and the Borough of Dun Laoghaire) Establishment Order 1992 (S.I. 351 of 1992) are revoked. GIVEN under my hand, 18 December
