I, MICHAEL CREED, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12
(5)(as amended by section 88 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act 2011 (No. 10 of 2011)) of the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act 2001 (No. 20 of 2001) and the Horse and Greyhound Racing (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2010 ( S.I. No. 179 of 2010 ) (as adapted by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 455 of 2011 )), with the consent of the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, hereby make the following regulations with respect to which, pursuant to section 12
(13)of that Act, a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and a resolution approving of the draft has been passed by each such House:
- These Regulations may be cited as the Horse and Greyhound Racing Fund Regulations
- The amount of €1,281,991,713 is specified for the purposes of section 12
(5)of the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act 2001 . The Minister for Finance consents to the foregoing Regulations. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 16 December
