I, SIMON HARRIS, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Act 2018 (No. 31 of 2018), hereby make the following regulations: 1.

(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Act 2018 (Application for Review of Relevant Decision) Regulations 2018.
(2)These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January
  1. The form specified in the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of Hsection 13
(2)of the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Act 2018 (No. 31 of 2018).
