I, SIMON HARRIS, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Act 2018 (No. 31 of 2018), hereby make the following regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Act 2018 (Application for Review of Relevant Decision) Regulations 2018.
(2)These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January
- The form specified in the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of Hsection 13
(2)of the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Act 2018 (No. 31 of 2018). These Regulations provide for a prescribed form to be used for the purpose of applying for a formal review of relevant decision under Section 13 of the Act.
