the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Land Development Agency (Amendment) Order
3. The Land Development Agency (Establishment) Order ( S.I. No. 352

2018 ) is amended— (a) in paragraph

Article 4

, by the substitution
