I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 4 and 6
(2)of the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (No. 5 of 2015), and having had regard to the matters specified in section 6
(3), hereby make the following regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (Designated Public Officials) Regulations 2019.
(2)These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 May
- The Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (Designated Public Officials) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 367 of 2015) is amended in the table in Schedule 2 at reference number 23, by substituting for the existing entries in columns
