No. 364 of 2017 )) and the Business, Enterprise and Innovation (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2017 ( S.I. No. 569 of 2017 ), with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and after consultation with the Health and Safety Authority, hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 (Agreement to Recognise) Order 2019. 2. The Minister confers on the Authority the function to enter into agreements, with persons or bodies of persons involved in safety, health and welfare at work in and outside the State, in relation to the recognition of matters related to the functions of the Authority referred to in section 34 of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 (No. 10 of 2005), as amended from time to time.
