No. 421 of 2016 )), having complied with section 44D
(4)of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 , hereby order as follows: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Biofuel Obligation Rate) Order 2019.
(2)This Order comes into operation on 1 January
- The percentage rate referred to in section 44C
(3)(b) of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No. 7 of 2007) shall be 12.359 per cent. 3. The National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Biofuel Obligation Rate) Order 2018 ( S.I.
