No. 494/2019 - Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2019 AmendmentsLeasuithe Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in “Iris Oifigiúil” of 4th October, 2019. I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15 of the Central Bank and Credit Institutions (Resolution) Act 2011 (No. 27 of 2011), having consulted with the Central Bank of Ireland and the Credit Union Advisory Committee, hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2019. 2. The Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy Regulations 2012 ( S.I. No. 381 of 2012 ) (as amended by the Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy Regulations 2018 ( S.I. No. 382 of 2018 )) are amended – (
- a)in Regulation 2 – (
- i)in paragraph
(1), by substituting for the definition of “levy period” the following: “ ‘levy period’ means the period commencing on 1 October 2019 and ending on 30 September 2020.”, (ii) in paragraph
(3), by substituting “30 June 2019” for “30 June 2018”, (b) in Regulation 3
(1), by substituting “1 October 2019” for “1 October 2018”, (c) in Regulation 4
(1), by substituting “29 February 2020” for “28 February 2019”, and (d) in Column
