I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1

(2)of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 (No. 65 of 2015), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 2) Order 2019. 2. The 7th day of October 2019 is fixed as the day on which the following provisions of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 (No. 65 of 2015) shall come into operation: (
  1. a)section 5, and Schedule 2, other than insofar as they relate to the repeal of the Solicitors Act 1954 to the extent specified in the third column of that schedule; (
  2. b)section 13 (insofar as it is not already in operation); (
  3. c)section 31; (
  4. d)section 33; (
  5. e)Parts 3 and 4; (
  6. f)section 46, other than insofar as it relates to legal partnerships and multi-disciplinary practices; (
  7. g)subsection
(1), and subsections
(3)to
(7)of section 47, other than insofar as they relate to legal partnerships and multidisciplinary practices; (
  1. h)section 48; (
  2. i)Part 6; (
  3. j)Chapter 1 of Part 8; (
  4. k)section 103, other than insofar as it relates to legal partnerships and multi-disciplinary practices; (
  5. l)Chapter 3 of Part 8; (
  6. m)section 135 (insofar as it is not already in operation); (
  7. n)Parts 10, 11 and 12; (
  8. o)sections 177, 181, 182, 184 to 195, 197, 198, 200, 201 (other than insofar as subsections
