(4)of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2012 (No. 17 of 2012) and the Community Development (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2018 ( S.I. No. 165 of 2018 ), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2012 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2019. 2. The following sections of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2012 come into operation on 18 February 2019: (
- a)section 10(e); (
