I, MICHAEL CREED, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2020/177 of 11 February 2020 1 , hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. 2. The European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) Regulations 2002 ( S.I. No. 198 of 2002 ) are amended in Regulation 2

(1)by substituting for the definition of “Directive” (as amended by the European Communities (Seed of Fodder Plants) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 ( S.I.
