(1)of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003 (No. 12 of 2003)) of the Investor Compensation Act 1998 (No. 37 of 1998), hereby make the following regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Investor Compensation Act 1998 (Prescription of Bodies and Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.
(2)These Regulations come into operation on 1 August 2020. 2. The Investor Compensation Act 1998 (Prescription of Bodies and Persons) Regulations 2015 ( S.I. No. 395 of 2015 ) are amended by the substitution of the following for paragraph (
- c)of Regulation 2: “(
