No. 421 of 2016 )) hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Returns and Biofuel Levy) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. 2. These Regulations come into operation on 1 August 2020. 3. The National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Returns and Biofuel Levy) Regulations 2010 (S.I. 356 of 2010) are amended - (
