I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) for the purpose of giving further effect to Commission Regulation (EC) No 304 /2008 of 2 April 20081 , Commission Regulation (EC) No 306/2008 of 2 April 20082 , Commission Regulation (EC) No 307/2008 of 2 April 20083 , Commission Regulation (EU) No. 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 20144 , Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2066 of 17 November 20155 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2067 of 17 November 20156 , hereby make the following regulations: Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Fluorinated Greenhouse Gas) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. Interpretation 2. In these Regulations “Principal Regulations” means the European Union (Fluorinated Greenhouse Gas) Regulations 2016 ( S.I. No. 658 of 2016 ). Amendment of Principal Regulations 3. The Principal Regulations are amended - (
- a)in Regulation 12B

- a)of the European Union (Fluorinated Greenhouse Gas) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2019 ( S.I. No. 534 of 2019 )) by the substitution of “11.00 pm on 31 December 2020” for “11.00 pm on 31 January 2020”, and (
