I, Charlie McConalogue, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 6 , 22 and 30 of the Forestry Act 2014 (No. 31 of 2014) hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Forestry (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2020. 2. The Forestry Regulations 2017 ( S.I. No. 191 of 2017 ) are amended in Regulation 21
(3)by substituting “to the public, for purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of doing so,” for “to the public”. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 7 October, 2020.
