(3)of the Health (General Practitioner Service and Alteration of Criteria for Eligibility) Act 2020 (No.11 of 2020), with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, hereby order as follows:
- This order may be cited as the Health (General Practitioner Service and Alteration of Criteria for Eligibility) Act 2020 (Section 2) (Commencement) Order
- The 1st day of November 2020 is appointed as the day on which section 2 of the Health (General Practitioner Service and Alteration of Criteria for Eligibility) Act 2020 (No. 11 of 2020) comes into operation. The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform consents to the making of the foregoing Order. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 20 October,

This Order appoints 1 November 2020 as the day on which Section 2 of the Health (General Practitioner Service and Alteration of Criteria for Eligibility) Act 2020 comes into operation, which provides for increases to the gross income limits for medical card eligibility for persons aged 70 or older.
