I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving effect to Regulation (EC) No. 1008/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 September 2008, hereby make the following regulations1 : 1 These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Common Rules for the Operation of Air Services in the Community) (Amendment) Regulations 2021. 2. The European Communities (Common Rules for the Operation of Air Services in the Community) Regulations 2008 ( S.I.No.426 of 2008 ) are amended – (
- a)in Regulation 6 – (
- i)in paragraph
(1), by the substitution of “Commission” for “Minister”, (ii) in paragraph
(2), by the substitution of “Commission” for “Minister”, (b) in Regulation 7, by the substitution of “Commission” for “Minister”. GIVEN under my official seal, 26 March, 2021. These Regulations amend the European Communities (Common Rules for the Operation of Air Services in the Community) Regulations 2008 ( SI No. 426 of 2008 ).
